About me

I am an NDIS registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and the director and founder of HJ Therapy. 

 

I have worked extensively with adults with complex needs for over 17 years and am specialised in delivering behaviour support interventions to NDIS participants with complex mental health presentations and developmental disorders. For the last 8 years I have lived and worked as a behaviour support practitioner in the Northern Rivers and have developed extensive knowledge and strong links with the local community.

 

I have a passion for teaching support teams how to utilise their existing skills and strategies to better support our participants, drawing from my experience as a TAFE teacher and educator.
